Invitation to Consign: Old Master and 19th Century Paintings

Following the success of the Tableaux Anciens et du XIXème siècle sale on 21 June 2012 which realised €4,592,325, we are currently accepting consignments over €10,000 for our next sale on 15 April 2013.

The top lot of the last sale was Un marché au village by Jan Brueghel the Elder which realized €1,274,600 against a pre sale estimate of €300,000–500,000. And a lovely view of The Camposanto of Pisa by Adolphe-Antoine Perrot was sold for €139,000 (pre-sale estimate: €40,000-60,000 )

The 2013 Old Master and 19th Century Paintings sale, which will take place a few days after the Old Master Drawings sale and the Paris Salon du Dessin fair, will present a selection of paintings from the Italian, Northern and French schools with a particular emphasis on rediscovered masterpieces by French artists from the 17th and 18th centuries.
