The shaded rust-red field containing flowerheads together with palmette panels issuing angular acanthus and flowering and leafy vine, in a shaded medium blue border of turtle-palmettes and floral sprays issuing angular vine meander between pale green and golden yellow floral meander and reciprocal skittle-pattern stripes, plain outer stripe, localised areas of wear, reduced at one end
