PROPERTY FROM A PRIVATE CALIFORNIAN COLLECTION
A version in the American Kennel Club is dated 1817. There are slight variations with the present version. The British Kennel Club also owns a small version on copper. Crib and Rosa were well known Bulldogs in the early 19th Century.
