Mok'bara was a Klingon martial art form, similar to Earth's Tai Chi. Worf conducted regular Mok'bara lessons for his shipmates aboard the Enterprise-D in "Man of the People" in Star Trek: The Next Generation. The actual Mok'bara moves were invented by Star Trek visual effects producer (and martial arts expert) Dan Curry.
