Hammered from a single heavy sheet, the flaring neck-guard notched at the sides, the cheek-pieces tapering to points, the almond-shaped eye holes and long projecting nose-guard finely contoured, the perimeter with incised detailing, the high-arching eyebrows mirrored above and extending into carination encircling the crown, the cheek-pieces and the perimeter near the notches perforated for the attachment of a lining, two perforations on the crown for the attachment of a crest
