Includes numerous addresses and phone numbers for such notable early associates as Nat "King" Cole and Morris Levy. Also included are phone numbers and addresses to numerous Playboy clubs--as well as female friends. Laid in at end are loose sheets with further addresses, one with a photograph of a woman.
