Lot Notes
The Ten Commandments was partly filmed at the Paramount Pictures lot, where Star Trek would one day be produced. In fact, the famous "parting of the Red Sea" scene was shot in the same Paramount parking lot that stood in for the San Francisco Bay, where the Klingon ship crashed, and for part of the Cetacean Institute aquarium in Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home.
