Paris - After the inaugural Handbags & Accessories auction in London in June 2017 setting a record for most expensive handbag ever sold at auction in Europe, Christie’s will be hosting a Parisian-salon themed preview of the Paris Sacs & Accessoires auction at its King Street headquarters this week, 15-18 November.

The selection to be showcased in London this week will be more than half of the 250-lot auction which will be taking place in Paris on 12 December. This public exhibition will feature runway Chanel pieces, archival and vintage Hermès, and a single-owner collection of important crystal evening bags. The collection will be on view in a multi-room, Parisian-salon style exhibition. Picture-taking encouraged!
