Asian Contemporary & 20th Century Chinese Art

The Impressionist & Modern Art Department offers paintings, sculptures and works on paper by the Exceptional Prices foremost artists of the late 19th century and first half of the 20th century. Artists included are Cézanne, Giacometti, Matisse, Monet, Picasso, van Gogh and all those who forged artistic movements such as Impressionism, Fauvism, Cubism and Surrealism. Christie's hosts several major sales a year in both New York and London. The New York sales are held bi-annually and feature an Evening sale and a Day sale, with Works on Paper included. The London Department hosts an Evening sale, a Day sale and a separate.
