The panorama is titled 'Hindu Festival, Kumbhakonan. People waiting to bathe in a sacred pool on an auspicious day'. Other photographs include small portraits of snake charmers and a barber, three studies of famine victims, Bombay including crowds at a Muslim festival, stones with snake carvings, temples at 'Hampi', the summer palace of the Tippu Sultan at Seringapatam and others.
