with blonde mohair, brown and black glass eyes, remains of black stitched nose, mouth and claws, felt pads, pull-cord growler and six-spoke metal wheels, circa 1912 --31in. (79cm.) long and 22in. (56cm.) high (worn along back, holes in tip of muzzle and backs of ears, other general wear and dusty); a studio photograph of the original owner riding the bear --5¼in. (13.5cm.) x 3¼in. (8cm.) and a childhood photograph of the current owner hugging the bear --4in. (11.5cm.) x 3in. (8.5cm.)

Provenance
The earlier photograph of the girl riding the bear is of Olive Parker in around 1912, she is now in her mid nineties and living in a nursing home. The other photograph is of the current owner, who was give it by Olive in around 1956, a family friend of his mother who worked with her when they were young and single women.
