Modelled after the Krönung Service, the stepped double-walled cover surmounted by a crown finial flanked by two putti above four applied cartouches, the larger two bearing the arms of the Electors of Poland and Saxony, the smaller two painted with hunting scenes, the shoulder of the bowl applied with four putti suspending drapery and garlands above further cartouches painted with topographical views, flanked by two handles formed as the busts of fashionable maidens, supported by four displaying eagles on scroll and paw feet, the interior richly gilt, the underside of the cover painted with indianischeBlumen
