    modelled in the round with sharp beak and long flared tail, the eyes carved in relief, drill hole to chest; a pale celadon jade dragon tiger pendant, the jade partially altered, of flattened form, the beast with knotted tail and incised eye detailing, drill hole through mouth, Shang (1600-1100BC); a celadon jade dragon tiger pendant, with incised body embellishments, the tail sharpened to a point possibly for use as a tool, drill hole to mouth, Shang (1600-1100BC); and a jade alligator pendant, the stone completely altered, modelled in the round, with open mouth and long tail, a drill hole through the beasts lower jaw, Shang (1600-1100BC) -- the first, 2¾in. (7cm.) wide. (4)
