Painted with polychrome over gesso, the face gilt, wearing a tripartite headcloth, the top adorned with a winged scarab pushing a solar disk centering a diadem, the proper right lappet with a seated Osiris and a standing falcon-headed deity, the proper left lappet with a seated falcon-headed deity and a standing Anubis, a row of uraei at the middle of each lappet, Ba birds flanking the face, two winged goddesses arranged symmetrically on the sides of the head, the chest adorned with an elaborate broad collar with geometric panels, a recumbent Wepwawet on a naos in profile in each outer corner
