    The helmet a thirty-two-plate suji-bachi, the fukigaeshi with dyed and painted leather and gilt-metal crests of dragons in roundels, gilt-wood maedate (forecrest) of stylized iris leaves, black-lacquered itazane shikoro, menpo with detachable nose and moustache, two-tiered yodorekake (throat protector), five-plate russet-iron cuirass with a shishi deeply embossed on the front, details in gold inlay, signed Myochin Shikibu Ki Munesuke saku, other parts covered with leather with the same design of blossoms and fruits, five tiered chu-sode, shino-gote (sleeves), five-tiered kusazuri (skirt) of seven tassets of black-lacquered itazane, haidate of black-lacquered rectangular sane (scales), seven-splint shino suneate (leg guards)
