    An unokubi-zukuri ubu wakizashi, of sakizori curve, hada of flowing o-itame with mokume, ji-nie, and chikei, the hamon ko-notare with gunome and much nie activity, the boshi straight with a pointed return
    In shirasaya with sayagaki by Homma Kunzan [Junji] dated Showa 40 (1965)
    Accompanied by a certificate of registration as a Tokubetsu hozon token (Sword especially worthy of preservation) no. 120526 issued by the Nihon Bijutsu Token Hozon Kyokai (Society for the Preservation of the Japanese Art Sword), dated 1989.8.8
