    A FULL ARMOUR IN HIGH GOTHIC STYLE
    EARLY 20TH CENTURY
    Of burnished steel, comprising close helmet with pivoted visor and upper-bevor now joined, lower-bevor, and flanged to turn on the gorget, gorget of three lames front and rear, breast-plate embossed in imitation of two-part construction and fitted with articulated skirt and tassets of four lames, matching back-plate embossed in imitation of multi-lame construction and fitted with skirt of four articulations, a pair of full arm defences, including a pair of large cowters, a pair of mitten-gauntlets with boldly embossed fluted finger-plates, a pair of full leg defences, including cuisses of two-part construction, articulated sabatons with the toe-caps drawn-out to exaggerated points, and with matching plain flanged turned edges throughout (sold without a stand).
