    Comprising close helmet applied with an additional plate rivetted over the brow, two articulated lames at the nape, pivoted visor, upper- and lower-bevors, and single neck lame front and rear, gorget of two lames with pickadils, breast-plate of peascod form fitted with moveable gussets at the arms and carrying a pair of five-lame tassets, matching back-plate with detachable skirt of four lames, a pair of full arm defences including mitten-gauntlets, a pair of full leg defences, and a circular shield, decorated throughout with a pattern of overlapping fleur-de-lys and palmette scales within ribbon and foliage borders (the breast-plate and tassets with differing borders), the breast-plate involving a pair of griffins below the neck, and with turned roped edges throughout (some straps broken, sold without a stand).
