    These firmans include the following:
    1. Firman of Murad III (r.1574-1595), dated AH 989/1581 AD. This refers to the rights of Mehmet, the governor of the city of Erzurum. It mentions the renewal and confirmation of additional rights following the death of his brother.
    2. Firman of Ahmed I (r.1603-1617), dated AH 1020/1611 AD. This talks of the discharge of the governor due to his absence in a campaign. It talks of the appointment of a new governor, Husayn.

    5. Firman of Murad IV (r.1623-1640), dated AH 1044/1634 AD. This refers to the discharge of Mehmet, the governor of the region of Hawet, who had a yearly income of 6,000 akche, due to his absence in the campaign of AH 1033/1623 AD.
    6. Firman of Mehmet IV (r.1648-1687), dated AH 1064/1653 AD. This talks of the discharge of the governor, Husrev, who was absent in the campaign to Revan.
    7. Firman of Mehmet IV (r.1648-1687), dated 10 Ramadan AH 1065/1654 AD. This relates to the appointment of a new governor to the region of Ricasifil due to the absence of his predecessor.
    8. Firman of Mehmet IV (r.1648-1687), dated AH 1069/1658 AD. This refers to the confirmation of the private nature of the Sufla region and of the yearly income of 208,989 akche of the vizier Rüstem Pasha. 9. Firman of Mehmet IV (r.1658-1687), dated AH 1074/1663 AD. This relates to the governor Omar's discharge due to his absence and of his status following his reappearance.
    10. Firman of Süleyman II (r.1687-1691), dated AH 1099/1678 AD. This refers to the land rights of a region in Mugla, which previously belonged to a man called Shahin. It mentions the appointment of Khalil as the new landlord.
    11. Firman of Osman III (r.1754-1757), dated 19 Shawwal AH 1168/1754 AD. This refers to the land rights of the sancak of Ardanuc and the region of Have. It mentions the reappointment of the governor, Ibrahim, following his request.
