London: Williams and Norgate, 1863. 4° (324 x 253mm). 168 lithographed plates by F. Dangerfield after Carrington, 3 double-page (mainly light and marginal staining, but plates 90-95 more generally affected). Original brown cloth, spine gilt (lower cover dampstained, head of spine torn, extremities rubbed, inner hinges splitting and repaired with tape).
