Uniform red morocco and red half morocco by Riviere (extremities lightly rubbed, upper joints of folio vol. slightly split). Provenance: George Cruikshank (one-page ALS, 4°, dated 4 May 1839, to an unknown correspondent [possibly William Smith] supplying a list of prints and commenting 'The above are all I can send at present', laid down in folio vol. together with an earlier lot description) -- Sir David Lionel Goldsmid-Stern-Salomons (bookplate) -- John Francis Neylan (bookplate).
