    LIMITED EDITION, number 21 of an unknown number of copies. PRESENTATION COPIES, inscribed "For Mabel Zahn who has made collecting Dickens a Real pleasure. Richard Gimbel." The wrapper states that this was "Taken from the Proofs of the First Publication Anywhere in the World... Presented to Richard Gimbel and His Friends." SCARCE: according to American Book Prices Current, no copies have sold in at least 30 years. Yale/Gimbel B197.
