Half title, photogravure portrait frontispiece of Edward VII, 29 photogravure plates, 23 plates and maps (erased stamp in margin of title, preface and first page of text, plate of the Duke of Connaught with severe but clean tear). Original vellum gilt, with central gilt and red armorial on sides (remnants of label at head of spine, lightly soiled). ONE OF 250 COPIES on hand-made paper, this copy un-numbered.
