(Spotting, more pronounced in the first and last gatherings, some leaves repaired in the inner margin, a very few folded by the binder with wear in the fore-margin.) 19th-century cloth, spine ruled and titled in gilt, sides ruled in blind (corners rubbed, spine evenly faded). FIRST EDITION of Damier's armorial of the knights of the Duchy of Estonia, which includes full-page arms for more than a dozen noble Russian families: Benkendorf, Bibikov, Bludov, Dolgorukii, Golitsyn, Kurakin, Murav'ev, Novosil'tsov, Orlov, Panin, Speranskii, Zubov, Toll, and Trotschinskii.
