Contemporary brown mottled calf, covers with central gilt arms of Brittany, spines in 7 compartments with 6 raised bands, red gilt lettering-pieces in one, the rest gilt decorated, edges red. FIRST EDITION. Morice, a member of the Congrégation de Saint-Maur, included information about public law, jurisprudence, and the customs and manors of Brittany at the time of the Romans.
