    2 volumes, oblong 2° (465 x 618mm). 120 hand-coloured engraved plates (only, of 123). (Occasional light spotting to text.) Text recently bound in old wrappers (one of which the wrapper to the 6th livraison of Laborde's Voyage en Orient) onto which pasted parts of the original printed wrappers to the present work. The whole contained in a 20th-century leather backed cloth portfolio and slip case.

    VERY RARE LIMITED EDITION WITH HAND-COLOURED PLATES. Published in 22 livraisons, it was limited to only 333 copies, of which only a few were hand-coloured.
