Publisher's original blue cloth spine and white cloth covers, spine lettered in white, upper side blocked in blind and lettered in blue, photo-illustrated endpapers (minor soiling), publisher's original slipcase, edged in cloth and with paper-covered sides, printed paper label on upper side (light wear, light spotting and soiling).
