Contemporary dark blue half morocco, spine gilt. Provenance: Bibliothèque de Drapiez (blind-stamp) -- H. Bradley Martin (ex libris).

    The bird section of the Magasin, a famous French perodical of Natural History edited by Guerin-Meneville, with the handsome plates engraved by Annedouche, Davesnes, Giraud, Oudet, Lebrun, after Través, Pretre, Prévost, and many more. Nissen ZBI 4655; Ronsil 1284; Wood p. 447.
