Parallel titles and text in French and English. 60 hand-coloured stipple-engravings by Dadley after Pu-Qùa of Canton. (Light spotting throughout, repaired tear to plate XII, first seven text leaves loose.) Contemporary straight-grained half red morocco gilt (extremities rubbed, corners and fore-edges bumped).
