Frankfurt: Mattheus Merian, 1646 [but c.1690]. 1 vol., 4° (335 x 202mm). Engraved title, 44 engraved views, maps and plans, some folding. (Occasional light browning, one plate just trimmed.) Contemporary sheep, spine gilt, edges sprinkled red (rubbed and scuffed with some surface loss, joints just starting). Provenance: Julius Hoerle (title signature dated 1854).
