Frankfurt: Mattheus Merian, 1645 [but c.1672]. 2 parts in 1 vol., 4° (335 x 205mm). Engraved title, 64 engraved views, maps and plans, some folding. (Occasional light browning, one plate just trimmed, one plate loose.) Contemporary sheep, spine gilt, edges sprinkled red (rubbed and scuffed with some surface loss). Provenance: Julius Erhard Karl Hoerle, Frankfurt (title signature).
