London: Printed for the Society for the Publication of Oriental Texts, 1848. Large 8° (255 x 160mm). Engraved vignette on title, 7 engraved plates of coins, Arabic script at end with woodcut title on final page (some light mainly marginal staining and spotting). Original dark grey embossed cloth (lightly stained, spine torn with upper section lacking, corners rubbed). Provenance: "R.C., Helperby" (label); early pencil translation of and annotation to the Arabic script.
