THE FEKULA COPIES of two Nicholas I edicts detailing the rewards for service in the military and civil services. A copy of this document was shown in, and reproduced in the catalogue of, the Hermitage exhibition 'Heraldic Arts and the Art of the Book' (2007, p.59). Fekula 2103, 2104 (these copies). (2)
