Burghers and others, many double-page or folding, hand-coloured engraved map of Staffordshire by Robert Morden loosely-inserted (one folding plate frayed at foredge with slight loss, a few tears, occasional light spotting and staining). Contemporary calf (rebacked in old style, extremities heavily rubbed, some scratching and staining). Provenance: unidentified armorial bookplate. Nissen ZBI 3193; Upcott III, 1172; Wing P2588. The second edition. First published in 1677.
