This describes Constantinople, the Archipelago, Asia Minor and Egypt. In October 1663 he left Paris and travelled through Syria and Persia to India. In 1667 he died near Tabriz, leaving the second and third parts of his work in the hands of two editors, Petis de la Croix and Sieur de Luisandre. Wing T-887.
