    The stepped caddy top with columns and pierced soundfrets to the sides, the moulded case with further columns to the sides, the plinth base with recessed scrolling panels, on bracket feet, black painted iron dial with gilt-pewter spandrels to pewter chapterring with inner concentric date ring, the brass centre engraved with C-scrolls and signed A. Fabricius Errös Kiöbing, moonphase to the arch, four pillar movement with anchor escapement, striking the half hours on a bell to the side and hours on bell above; pendulum, two lead weights, crank key, door key
