    Comparable to a number of Giulio's designs for plates, bowls and other objects (see F. Hartt, Giulio Romano, New Haven, 1958, I, nos. 48, 56, 65, 75, 91-3, 98-9, 101-2, 212, 126 and 132, II, figs. 130, 132-44).
