    The rectangular plate in a foliate strapwork surround, the shaped cresing surmounted by a lambrequined cartouche flanked by eagles' heads, the apron centred by a rosette and with brass sconces, labelled to the reverse 'ADAM ROBERTSON PAINTER & GILDER ALNWICK', the candle branches lacking, regilt, the plate later
