    The rectangular plate in a bead-and-reel border, the open arched cresting centred by a cartouche on a plinth, the frieze with a shell flanked by foliage, the shaped apron centred by a shell, flanked at each corner by a scroll enclosing a flowerhead, regilt, the plate probably original but resilvered
