    The circular domed canopy hung with droplets and needles above a baluster shaft and bowl with silvered plate issuing eight s-shaped branches with nozzles and drip-pans hung with droplets and needles, above a conforming canopy and ball finial, restorations and replacements, the nozzles, branches and receiver plate numbered 11-18

    The shape of the baluster shaft, drip-pans and droplets of this chandelier closely relate to a design for a chandelier by the Birmingham based chandelier manufacture F. and C. Osler (See M. Mortimer, The English Glass Chandelier, 2000, p. 158, pl. 96). The hanging-droplets seen on this chandelier first appear on chandeliers in England around 1810.
