    Decorated with chinoiserie scenes depicting figures, amidst trees, foliage, and pagodas, the serpentine-fronted moulded brèche violette marble top, above two drawers with foliate-cast handles and mounted with a scrolling foliate border centred to the top by flowerheads, above a shaped apron centred by a pierced cartouche flanked by floral sprays, the angles with pierced rockwork and foliate clasps, the sides decorated conformingly, on cabriole legs terminating in foliate sabots, partially remounted including the border mounts to drawers and sides
