    17TH/18TH CENTURY
    Each with a straight toprail of round section continuing to straight corner posts, above the rectangular frame with soft mat seat, the backsplat plain, the straight, rounded armrests continuing to the front corner posts and supported on straight slim stiles, the front and sides with plain beaded aprons, the round legs joined by stepped stretchers and with a shaped footrest above a plain apron
