    The baluster shaped stem terminating in a circular platform with simulated fluted frieze, issuing six roundels issuing tassels and swags and curved candle-branches, above a fluted tapering body capped by stiff-leaf carving, terminating in a ball finial issuing a silk and gold brocade tassel, fitted for electricity, one candle branch broken
