    Each chair with a serpentine toprail centred by a shell flanked by confronted C-scrolls, scrolls and foliage on a scalloped ground, the padded back, arms and seat covered in Aubusson tapestry with classical landscape scenes, the outscrolled arms carved with acanthus and diminishing pearls, the apron centred by a shell, on scrolled foliate-carved cabriole legs, minor variations to the carving
