    The cylindrical stem with side ejector, signed on the thumbpiece and engraved 'W.D.' (War Department) on the dished base
    5 in. (13 cm.) high
    Together with a pair of Naval brass candlesticks by the maker E.G & S. dated 1917 with detachable stems with spring loaded candle adjusters on dished bases 6½ in. (16 cm.) high, a George III brass wax jack, circa 1800, with heart shaped base, 4¾ in. (17 cm.) high; and a brass snuffer tray with pair of snuffer scissors, mid 18th Century (5)
