    A ZITAN ARMCHAIR
    With elaborately carved openwork splat in the form of elongated, archaistic kui dragons beneath a stylized ruyi head, the curved arm rails with further archaistic scroll and kui dragon heads emerging from the lower rail, the shaped aprons carved with ruyi-head and cloud-form scroll, the whole supported on legs of square section terminating in scroll-form feet and joined by thick stretchers above plain aprons
