Amanda Levete trained at the Architectural Association and after working for Richard Rogers joined Jan Kaplicky as a partner at Future Systems in 1989.

The buildings Future Systems has since realized have been award winning and seminal in their influence, including the Hauer King House, the Floating Bridge in London's Docklands, the NatWest Media Centre at Lord's Cricket Ground, which received the Stirling Prize in 1999, and the extraordinary building of Selfridges in Birmingham.

Current work includes a city academy in Southwark, London, a museum for Maserati, Spencer Dock Bridge in Dublin, a subway station in Naples in collaboration with Anish Kapoor, a department store and hotel complex in Bangkok, La Rinascente in Milan, and furniture for Established & Sons. The most recent collection was exhibited at Established & Sons' Gallery in London, 'Around The Corner' is Amanda's first solo exhibition.
