EVEN IDENTICAL TWINS HAVE SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT FACES IN VIRTUE OF THEIR DIFFERENT ENVIRONMENTS OR VALUES FORMED WHILE THEY WERE BORN AND RAISED. I THINK THEIR FACES NOT ONLY CREATE THEIR PECULIAR ATMOSPHERES BUT ALSO REFLECT THEIR ORIGINAL IDENTITIES. WHAT ONE LOOKS LIKE, OR THE DISTINCT IMAGE OF EACH PERSON'S FACE IS NOT UNRELATED TO HIS UNIQUENESS AND SOCIAL INFLUENCE, AS WE GET SOMEONE TO TELL HIS FORTUNE BY PHYSIOGNOMY. IN THIS SENSE, I DECIDED TO PAINT THE FRONTAL, EXPRESSIONLESS FACES OF THOSE WHO WERE CHOSEN WITHOUT DIFFICULTY, THOUGH NOT AT RANDOM, AND THEN MAKE THE VIEWERS TO GUESS THE PERSONALITY OR SOCIAL STATUS OF EACH OF THEM. (HOWEVER, NOW I THINK THAT THEIR FACES DID NOT NEED TO BE CONFINED TO AN EXPRESSIONLESS ONE, FOR THE COMPLETE EXPRESSIONLESS NESS IS IMPOSSIBLE UNLESS THE MODEL IS DEAD OR SLEEPING. ADDITIONALLY, I ALSO COME TO BELIEVE THAT BOTH EXPRESSIONLESS AND EXPRESSIVENESS ARE HELPFUL TO SHOW THE IDENTITY AND UNIQUENESS RATHER THAN TO HIDE THEM.) -YOON CHI BYEONG
