offset lithograph, screenprint in colors with collage of tape and polyethylene on corrugated cardboard, 1971, signed and dated in ink on the reverse, numbered 41/75 (there were also 6 artist's proofs), published by Gemini G.E.L., Los Angeles, with their inkstamps on the reverse, the full sheet, four holes where previously bolted to the mount (as issued), a few scratches, minor creasing (primarily at the sheet edges), otherwise in good condition
