    Northeastern India, Pala period, 12th century
    Seated in dhyanasana on a double lotus base holding the vajra and ghanta, wearing a long dhoti with incised diamond and wave patterns and a sash arching across his shoulders, further adorned by a necklace inset with silver and copper, his face with silver eyes and urna and his hair arranged in an elaborate chignon secured by a silver tiara
